If you wish to be on Hemlock Farms house check list, Public Safety is requesting that members fill out an authorization form.  These forms may be picked up at Public Safety, the Administration Office or you can download and print it by clicking on the link below.

After completing the form return it to Public Safety at 1007 Hemlock Farms, Lords Valley, PA 18428
