* Residents are reminded that a valid mirror sticker must be affixed to the rearview mirror of the vehicle to which it is registered in order for the vehicle to access the Refuse/Recycling Center.  If the vehicle has been issued a removable bar code/mirror sticker then that must be presented to the attendant at the time of trash disposal.  If the vehicle does not have a valid mirror sticker, a resident may obtain a trash permit at the Association office.

* PA Hunting Season is Currently Taking Place – If you walk in the woods outside of HF, Wear orange for Safety – a hat and /or coat, vest, sweater, or shirt.

* HF is included in the state’s Gypsy Moth control program.  Spraying will occur in the spring.  An Objector Form is available from the Pike County Conservation District and in the November issue of the Hemlock News.

* HFCA Office will be closed on Thursday, November 27.

* HF Mail Room window will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 28.

* Children’s Turkey Trot – Friday, November 28 from 12 noon – 3:00 p.m.  Clubhouse.  Children pre-school through fourth grade.  Have fun with our Thanksgiving Arts & Crafts and a special assembly with Noah’s Ark Animal Workshop.

* Holiday Crafts Fair/Vendors & Bake Sale – Saturday, November 29.  Clubhouse.  10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

* Exercise Class Cancelled – Friday, November 28 & Saturday, November 29.

* “Improv for Kids” – Sunday, December 28 at 2 p.m.  Clubhouse.  Tickets are $5 pp.

December 1 to January 29 – HF Artists, Poets and Friends Exhibition Theme – “Point of View”  Opening Reception – December 6 from 5-7 p.m.

Pots & Pans – December 1 – Holiday Celebration.  6 p.m. at the Orchard House.  Bring something to share – a homemade dish or store bought (appetizer, main or dessert – your choice) and join in our Holiday Celebration.  We are also asking everyone to bring in something (non perishable) for MANNA.  There will also be a kitchen gadget grab bag $3 limit.  For more information call Marie/0630.  Please note there is no 10 a.m. meeting on December 1.
