2008 WATER BILLING

Rates for the water supply system remain unchanged, as follows:

                        Quarterly basic charges                                $50 per quarter

                        Consumption charge                                      $4.95 per 1,000 gallons

(The quarterly basic charges cover meter service, fixed costs of water system maintenance, and payments on the loan to finance system improvements.)

In addition, for 2008, a new charge will be added to water bills:

                   Storm water fee                             $16 per quarter

The storm water fee finances the 2008 costs of the new storm water management program.

Details will be provided in the dues bills, the water bills and the Hemlock News.
