REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

 

The HFCA offers several recreation activities and programs through its Recreation Department during the summer Season (May 24 to September 1).  For programs requiring advance sign up and registration, the following procedures must be followed.  EARLY REGISTRATION IS ENCOURAGED.  Registrations will be accepted as of April 14.  Day Camp Registration forms and Programs Registration forms are available at the HFCA Office during normal business hours.  Day Camp Registrations are also available on this web site. After reading the procedures below, click on the link at the bottom of the page to go to the registration form.  Registration applications can be  dropped off at the HFCA Office  or mailed to HFCA, 1007 Hemlock Farms, Lords Valley, PA 18428, Attention Cherlyn Cioffi.

To register, the following is required.

 

1.         All property owners dues and assessments must be current.

 

2.         Fees must be paid at the time of registration with the necessary completed forms.

 

3.         Birth certificates (sometimes originals) are required for acceptance into some programs.

 

4.         Renters must have a current lease and a valid recreation badge to be accepted into programs.

 

5.         All program fees are non-refundable unless HFCA cancels the program.  Fees are not pro-rated or discounted.

Open or save the file, print out the forms and return them to HFCA, 1007 Hemlock Farms, Lords Valley, PA 18428 or bring them to the Administration Office.
