Construction is complete and the Indoor Pool at the Steer Barn is now open.

Steer Barn Memorial Day Holiday Schedule

House-to-house garbage pick-up will be on Tuesday May 27th
the week of Memorial Day due to the holiday.

Town Meeting - Sunday May 18th
12:30 pm at the Steer Barn Clubhouse
All are encouraged to attend. Light refreshments will be served.

The Board Seeks Member Input on Right of First Refusal

Joe Falcone and Diane Wertman have entered into an agreement of sale for lot # 3 (bordered by Rte 739, the entrance and exit lanes to HFCA and the Hemlock Sales building) in the amount of $400,000 cash or $490,000 in installments.

The Board would like to receive feedback from the members on whether or not the Board should exercise it's right of first refusal to purchase the lot.

The Board is awaiting the results of an appraisal of the lot to determine its fair market value.

A detailed article outlining more specific information regarding this situation will appear in the May issue of the Hemlock News.

USDA Wildlife Biologists will be treating Canada Geese eggs and nests on HFCA ponds and lakes until the end of June.
